My room was huge with the microwave and 2 bath towels, for example. The hotel had marvellous and quiet location adjacent to malls and shopping centre.

the room we had included tea, coffee and a kettle. the hotel was in a central setting in a central area.

Beds were too high in this place.

Satellite TV, climate control, and an individual safe in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. The view from the window to the sea. Location very close to the mall, eateries, shopping and airport, and great restaurants and eaterys. Also, close to the beach...

During our stay at Hampshire, we encountered a minor issue with our room, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve it. After noticing some lights not working and the TV missing a remote, we notified the reception. Eric, the maintenance guy, quickly came to our room and expressed his concern about its condition. He called the manager, who initially seemed reluctant to change our room, but eventually accommodated us. Eric's friendly attitude and willingness to help made a significant difference in our experience.

Very comfortable...especially the bed...the breakfast was great and the staff were very friendly and helpful...Ballito is a lovely town with a stunning beach...the hotel is well placed for shops and restaurants.

The hotel has no view of the ocean and is a bit of a distance from the beach...being near the freeway it could be noisy for those people on the freeway side...we were on the other side and when we closed the window we didn't hear anything...the hotel would be convenient for foreigners arriving at king Shaka Airport however.

The way they cleaned the room after the first night was shocking? Left dirty glasses and didnt replenish the empty toilet roll? Not impressed

Additionally, the hotel's location in a restaurant area makes it convenient for dining options nearby.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The location was good as it was near the highway and had easy access to the airport. the bathroom was clean.

But the staff was not that friendly and did not welcome us warmly. check-in was very late in the afternoon which was inconvenient for us as we had arrived there early in the morning.

I loved the extra, extra king size bed. I had the best sleep on that bad for a while! Would defintely come back here.

Maybe it is best to stock up bar firdge with some refreshments

The hotel offers great value for money, with prices that are really reasonable. The rooms are well-maintained and come with lovely comfortable beds, whether you choose the ones with double beds, 2 queen beds, or a big bed. Although breakfast is the only meal served, it is quite decent, and even included in our rate. Plus, the hotel is located in the restaurant area, so you have plenty of options to choose from.

The hotel is located in an industrial area with no amenities nearby, but overall, everything else was just fine.
